Returns & Exchanges
If we fail to meet your expectations upon arrival and you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately. Please DO NOT play with the hair , install the hair or disturb the pattern of the bundles. If you use, play with, or install the hair the hair is NON-REFUNDABLE.
*All sale items, items purchased with a discount code and items paid with any form of Payment arrangements are NON-REFUNDABLE and can not be exchanged or modified.
If there are any discrepancies with you order we require all merchandise purchased to be returned to us please contact us for instructions. The hair purchased can be sent back for verification and for the exchange to be made or store credit to be issued if granted.
Unopened and Unused items
Unopened and Unused items can be exchanged for full value within 3 days of delivery this does not include any custom items, sale items, items purchased with a discount code or items paid with any form of payment arrangements. After this 3 day grace period, full value may only be issued at the company's discretion (please see restocking section below). We will take any responsibility for any errors made on the order. We will cover the shipping cost for the return of the item.
If the buyer makes a mistake on the order and wants an exchange the customer may be responsible for the shipping cost for the return or the exchange if one is granted.
Please note that we handle all returns and exchanges on a case by case basis and a refund or exchange maybe granted at our company's discretion.
Untraceable / Lost Packages
A customer can select a signature delivery option at checkout. If the customer declines this option and tracking shows delivered we will honor the delivery confirmation. Although this is very rare it can happen.Please make certain the shipping address listed on your order.
Covid-19
Our company is not responsible for any shipping delays from carriers due to COVID-19.
